• Comment of Éric Fréchette (Historian):   Quant à l'aspect «médiéval» de votre jeu, il conviendrait   de dire qu'il est ce que nous appelons d'«inspiration   médiévale». Cela n'étant pas une question d'esthétique,   bien au contraire, mais plutôt d'authenticité historique.   Dans le cas présent, les formes plutôt élancées de vos   chaises ainsi que leurs dossiers partiellement ajourés   donnent une impression de XVIe siècle. Cela est aussi   vrai à cause du mode de construction de vos sièges, qui   forment des meubles en soi et non multifonctionnels comme   au moyen âge. En fait, même les trônes servaient aussi de   coffres et leurs dossiers étaient amovibles, cela explique   l'origine du mot «meuble» ou «mobilier», ces derniers   suivant leur propriétaire dans ses déplacements (ce qui   ne serait pas pratique avec vos créations).   Autre point qui rend vos créations un brin anachroniques,   aussi étrange que cela paraisse, c'est leur trop grande   perfection. La symétrie, la régularité des tours ainsi que   la finesse des clous (ou rivets) sont tels qu'il aurait été   impossible de les réaliser sans l'aide d'outils modernes. Le   Moyen âge a produit de très belles pièces, mais il se trouvait   toujours quelques défauts qui trahissaient la main de   l'homme.   Cela dit, je vous félicite à nouveau pour votre travail et   je suis convaincu qu'aucun médiéviste, puriste ou non, ne   refuserait de jouer sur un tel plateau.
